Shipment Fee

Free shipping on all orders.

However, additional shipping fees apply to remote areas in Canada.

Shipment Processing Time

 All orders are processed within 1-3 business days.

The estimated delivery time is 2-5 business days. (Except for pre-sale products).

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

 

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. We're doing everything we can to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Thank you for your patience! Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.If there is a significant delay in shipping your order, we will contact you via email.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking information will be updated within 48 hours.

Shipment Carriers

 Our current primary shipping carriers are UPS, FEDEX, DHL and more.

 

Shipping Areas

AFERIY orders only ship to the contiguous United States and outlying islands but do not extend to overseas territories.

Although we offer shipping of AFERIY products to U.S. outlying islands (such as Puerto Rico, and Alaska), AFERIY does not provide warranty services in these regions.

Shipping Information

Please make sure all the shipping information you provide to us is correct. We are not responsible for any losses, including missing parcels, package damage, losses as a result of delay, and other losses caused by incorrect shipping information that customers have provided.

 

We do not accept requests to change the delivery address after the package has been dispatched

 

We do not ship to a P.O. Box or APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

 

Order Delivery

Orders will be shipped within 1-3 business days after payment has been processed.

 

Orders for various products can be shipped separately. We try to make sure all your items reach you at the same time. Sometimes our products are not always sent together since different shipping options can be used, depending on the product. Once an item has been shipped, you will receive a shipment notification email.

 

All purchases made on AFERIY's official website are subject to a delivery contract. This means that the risk of loss and title to such items passes to you when the items are submitted to the carrier.

  

Returns Policy

Our Return & Refund Policy provides detailed information about options and procedures for returning your order.

Please Note:

If the parcel cannot be delivered to the designated delivery address due to customer's non-cooperation (wrong or incorrect delivery address, absence of the consignee), or if the customer refuses to accept the parcel and the parcel will be returned to the designated delivery address, the customer has to bear the shipping cost.

If it is a customized product, return will not be accepted and the customer will be re-contacted and re-delivered, then the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs.
